Chennai Express is one of the most event films of 2013, UTV is leaving no stone to market the film like any other bollywood film. They already booked bunch of screens across the world.
Reportedly, a leading distributor confirmed that UTV has already Booked 4000 screens for Chennai Express worldwide (India + Overseas). By the time of release, the number will increase to 4300 or even 4500 screens depending on other local films etc.
Because of the Extensive release of Chennai Express, Many films have postponed their release dates to survive against this storm. Akshay's Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobara already moved to 15th august. Now Vijay's Thalaiva also postponing to 15th August or 23rd August to get more screens.
This Shows the Excitement, film has generated across the world. Chennai Express will release in minimum 3500 screens in India, 650 screens in Overseas. Which makes it biggest bollywood release worldwide. Looks Like Records are going to be shattered this EID.
